工作職責：
- 根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)部門的要求，積極參與公司產(chǎn)品的討論、定義、設(shè)計等工作，在技術(shù)上與其他部門充分溝通，確保產(chǎn)品技術(shù)上的可行性；
- 按照公司軟件開發(fā)管理規(guī)范等的要求，根據(jù)上級分配的任務(wù)，溝通所需資源，編制軟件開發(fā)詳細設(shè)計文檔，保證開發(fā)過程的透明度與可控性；
- 根據(jù)開發(fā)文檔，進行子系統(tǒng)/模塊的軟件編碼工作，并根據(jù)系統(tǒng)開發(fā)中遇到難點問題，參與技術(shù)攻關(guān)，按階段有計劃地完成代碼開發(fā)計劃，并調(diào)試合格，按時提交；
- 根據(jù)公司產(chǎn)品測試相關(guān)流程及產(chǎn)品特點，配合測試部門和業(yè)務(wù)部門進行產(chǎn)品測試和驗收工作，進行軟件系統(tǒng)的安裝調(diào)試，確保產(chǎn)品順利發(fā)布；
- 參與軟件模塊的代碼走讀、代碼正規(guī)檢視、設(shè)計文檔正規(guī)檢視、設(shè)計評審等質(zhì)量保證活動，降低軟件產(chǎn)品缺陷；
- 在項目開發(fā)過程中，總結(jié)經(jīng)驗和教訓(xùn)，歸納案例，實現(xiàn)經(jīng)驗共享。
職位需求：
- 大學(xué)本科或以上學(xué)歷，計算機及相關(guān)專業(yè)
- 3年以上銀行軟件開發(fā)經(jīng)驗
- 熟練掌握C/C++語言
- 熟悉Unix，esql/c
- 熟悉銀行業(yè)務(wù)
- 具有較強的文檔撰寫能力，具備獨立分析和解決問題的能力.
- 有良好的職業(yè)道德和工作態(tài)度，工作認真、踏實，責任心和進取心強
- 有良好的客戶交流溝通能力和需求理解能力，較強的協(xié)作精神和團隊意識
- 有較強的學(xué)習能力和團隊協(xié)作精神
- 可以經(jīng)常出差
- 英文良好

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide programmingsupport to various short to long-term clients; research basic client issues and questions; prepare programming assignments by writing new code and/or modify existing code. Your other duties include preparing test scripts, executing testing for simple to moderately complexedcoding / system changes; preparing and submitting documentation.
Job Requirements:
Major in Computer or relevant to Computer with bachelor degree or above
More than 2 years'working experience with more than 1 year's experience in developing C/C++
Familiar with Unix, esql/c
Experienced in banking business is preferred
Possess strong learning abilities with good team co-operation spirit
Ability to develop and evaluate alternative possible causes of problems
Ability to analyze information and formulate conclusions and recommendations
Good analytical skills
Able to travel extensively
