代朋友招ERP工程師,具體要求如下:
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Handle support inquiries, providing level 2 support gathering a solution for complex problems
with the tools available,
-Maintain good internal and external relationships between Customer Care, Affiliates and
Customers,
-Manage and re-evaluate tasks in order to set the priority of support inquiries effective,
-Recognize and evaluate Escalations pro-active,
-Develop application knowledge in the assigned areas,
-Mentor and assist team members,
-Review and handle problem calls within an acceptable time frame,
-Create, maintain and review solutions in the Knowledge builder,
-Contribute to further expansion and improvement of the ESC organization and its processes,
-Work according to the INFOR EQS procedures and work instructions.
SKILLS/QUALITIES
-Detailed SYTELINE application (SLACCT, SLCOPO and SLMFG) knowledge and technical know how with understanding of the business
processes,
-Experience and affinity with Information Technology,
-Strong communication skills (oral and written),
-Strong interpersonal skills within a multicultural environment,
-Fluent in English and Chinese (written-Simplify Chinese)
-Analytical,
-Ability to manage multiple priorities,
-Ability to work independently,
-Ability to manage critical customer situations on and of site,
-Ability to manage and direct multiple projects simultaneously,
-Self-motivated.
