職位介紹：
高級Linux運維工程師：
Responsibilities:
1.        Oversight of server infrastructure, from development through production
2.        Ensure appropriate redundancy and fall backs in all server environments
3.        Communicate with engineering, production and QA in coordinating systems engineering work
4.        Work closely with developers to drive live title processes and practices
5.        Demonstrate a pragmatic approach to engineering scope and consistent bias to action
6.        Drive planning efforts around all aspects of systems engineering
7.        Help drive continual improvements to our engineering standards, practices, and tools
8.        Ensure an appropriate balance between developer agility and production stability
9.        Be a good team member
10.        Ultimate accountability for the health and uptime of production environments
Required Skills and Expertise:
1.        Five years of professional experience with Linux
2.        Experience maintaining large production setup in live environments
3.        Broad experience with Amazon AWS technologies, specifically  AWS VPC, CloudFormation, Autoscaling, and AMIs
4.        Knowledge of deployment orchestration frameworks like Puppet
5.        Significant experience in proactive monitoring systems, Zabbix, Nagios.
6.        Experience managing DNS and LDAP
7.        Strong network configuration knowledge and skills
8.        Good written and verbal communication skills including spoken English to communicate with other remote teams
9.        A healthy capacity to take and set direction and accept and provide criticism

3)        Drive weekly game report for each game studio
4)        Work closely with executive team and leadership on metrics and goals
5)        Scale and improve the team’s skills and capabilities through hiring, mentorship, and strong leadership
Required Skills:
1)        Proven ability to work and execute in a face paced, startup environment and consistently deliver positive results
2)        Hands-on ability and technical knowledge to contribute and lead
3)        Experience running and managing a team of analysts or data scientists
4)        Multiple years’ experience performing quantitative analysis, reporting, preferably for an internet or technology company
5)        Excellent SQL skills: extensive experience querying large, complex data sets
6)        High proficiency with Excel including pivoting capabilities and analysis modules – VBA macros and ODBC
7)        Excellent knowledge of statistics; experience with R, SAS or similar a plus
        Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
9)        Technical knowledge of Hadoop/Hive, Data pipelining, and Visualization
10)        B.S./B.A. in math, economics, engineering or other technical field required; advanced degrees a plus
