請教ftp的一個model問題

有這么一段：
It is important to note that the data connection will only be established upon receipt of the reply to the Transfer Service commands such as LIST, RETR, STOR. So, the FTP mode must be selected by the client before sending the appropriate Transfer Service command. Also, those Transfer Service commands wil get more than one reply: first a 'Positive Preliminary Reply' indicating the data transfer may start and after ending the data transfer a 'Positive Completion Reply'.

我的問題是我現(xiàn)在使用IE的方式（并且通過代理）來ftp://ftp.lib.pku.edu.cn
是屬于什么模式？如果client端口是動態(tài)的，請問大家在FW上是如何處理的？
