Responsibilities
As system testing team, we are responsible for Preflight, High Availability, Security, Enterprise Manager, Enterprise Deployment, and Lifecycle testing, which includes taking an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. You will also be responsible for development of new solutions and continuous improvement of existing solutions for automation and proactive monitoring of all of the previously mentioned environments and implementations.
Requirements
· Graduate in Computer Science/Engineer degree.
· Self-motivated, self-starter with strong capability of fast learning
· Excellent analytical and trouble shooting skills
· Good team player and good written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating system from HW to System level
· Knowledge of Virtualization technologies such as Xen, OVM, VMware
· Understand networking TCP/IP, DNS, NIS, etc.
· Understand network storage , SAN, NAS, ZFS storage (preferably), and RAID
· Good Shell scripting, Expect, Python
· Preferable JavaScript, Perl, XML, SQL, and Oracle Database
· Previous sys admin experience is desired
· Experience with Oracle products (Database, Midtier, Apps) is a plus
· Knowledge of cloud computing infrastructure is a plus.
· Common sense of security
