Job Title: Linux運維
Duties and responsibilities include:  
Linux systems and services administration with an emphasis on supporting production Web and database servers  
Scripting, task automation, and systems management infrastructure development and deployment   
Assist development teams in deploying and debugging server-side software   
Low-level systems and network debugging  
Document technical procedures and policies  
Part of the 24x7 \\\"on call\\\" team  
Requirements:   
5+ years of Linux administration experience in a high-volume, critical production environment with an emphasis on supporting production Web and database servers  
Experience with programming and/or scripting, task automation, and security \\\"best practices\\\" for server installation and administration   
Strong experience administrating Apache (HTTP), PHP and MySQL in a production environment mandatory (LAMP)   
Knowledge of Perl, PHP, Python, bash, etc., with experience building database driven applications   
Experience in low-level systems and network debugging (strace, sar, netstat, tcpdump)   
Experience with Puppet and Subversion is a plus   
Good interpersonal and communication skills, team player   
Ability communicate in English and French essential   
Strong organizational and project management skills as well as good analysis methodology   
Ability to work under stress and in a 24x7x365 production environment is essential  

Director, IT Operations and Production
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Director of Operations & Production to lead our production operations and support for a thriving international start-up. You will be challenged to manage and improve production support teams of the world’s #1 app store analytics product suite, to ensure flawless operational execution of our products in production. You will be responsible for the stability, performance and improvement of an innovative analytics platform that has the potential to impact the economics of the global app publisher ecosystem. You will lead automation and process improvement initiatives aimed at eliminating points of failure.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the performance and availability of our 24/7 online services and timely delivery of customer end products
Directly managing 3 different teams including Production Operations and a Production Delivery team and Global Office IT
Managing, identifying and delivering improvements for all office and production networks, services and internal processes
Managing production performance such as forecast, proactive risk assessment, backlog, SLA and other key performance metrics
Supervising budget and monitoring expenses
Liaising with Engineering team and Product Managers
Providing platform support including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
Understanding of strategic goals & priorities and focusing people on the most important organizational priorities
Interfacing with internal/external partners when required to ensure successful and secure platform operations
You:
You should be an experienced Director of Operations or Production Support who has international experience and a strong technical background:
10 years plus working experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role managing a team accountable for production and production support work with regular timeline deliverables (Big web site, SaaS platform, other)
Strong systems and operations strategy, ability to communicate, convince and create a shared vision for management, as well as line staff
Be recognized as an individual with outstanding leadership skills, professionalism, communication, business acumen, integrity and planning capabilities
Strong technical background and particularly in:
Linux, Windows systems
Network
Large scale DB and Big Data technologies
Amazon Web Services and Web technologies
Monitoring systems
Experience in Linux production environment is a must
Very strong troubleshooting, issue resolution and problem solving skills.
ITIL experience a plus
Ability to work across multiple functions, develop strong relationships and influence people, including senior stakeholders
Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work over multiple work streams
Develops budget and monitors expenses
Highly motivated, and results-oriented with the ability to convey those qualities to others
Multi-cultural and multi-region management experience preferred
Passion for mobile apps, advertising and analytics
Excellent written and communication skills
Fluent English is a must
Fluent Mandarin is a plus
Should be excited about exponential growth opportunities at a successful start-up
BS or higher degree in Computer Science or related discipline required
