ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Be responsible for development/maintenance of applications, related systems and tools, including analysis, design, implementation, unit testing and documentation
• Interact successfully with business owners, project managers and other technical teams
• Be responsible for identifying technical risks and look for mitigation plan
• Follow the company development process(CMM: Pearl)
• Help the junior developers to grow up
• Solve technical issues
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Competencies: Skills, Knowledge, Abilities

Functional Competencies:
• Expertise and experience in OO design and programming with C#
• Expertise in Rich internet applications highly desirable
• Experience in C#, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, AJAX, WinForm and Enterprise lib.
• Experience with at least one source control system; experience with VSS preferred
• Experience with SQL Server and SQL
• Familiarity with XML, SOAP and Web services
• Knowledge of .NET Framework 2.0+, OO Methodology, UML and Design Patterns
• Experience on one or more of the following Microsoft Servers or framework: Sharepoint, BizTalk, Commerce server
• Can work under pressure
• Good oral and written English

Interpersonal Competencies:
• Good communication skills
• Work well in a team environment or individually, with a positive attitude
• Interact well with technical teams, business owners and project managers
• Ability to work under a fast paced delivery oriented environment

Leadership Competencies:
• Follow direction and keep peers and manager informed of progress, changes and issues
• Prioritize own activities so that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Demonstrate integrity, maturity and a constructive approach to challenges

2) Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in Software development including analysis, design, implementation, testing and support
• At least 5 years experience in .Net

3) Minimum educational level:
• MS/BS in Computer Science or equivalent
