工作地點：上海長寧區(qū)

GENERAL SUMMARY:
This position is set for our America customer who is a top class hedge fund company in the world. He/she will work with US clients directly to interact with the business to provide robust technical solutions and benefit a lot from the experience offered by the project/tasks. The position will be supporting Fixed Income portfolio management system related maintenance and perl, shell and Java development tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support customer business by figuring out solutions proactively and complete all undertakings with high quality and on schedule
• Be responsible for support/development/maintenance of applications, related systems and tools, including analysis, design and implementation, unit testing and documentation
• Interact successfully with business owners, project managers and other technical teams
• Be responsible for identifying technical risks and look for mitigation plan
• Follow the company development process(CMM: Pearl)
• Solve technical issues

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Competencies: Skills, Knowledge, Abilities

Functional Competencies:
• 3-4 years of experiences on UNIX (Solaris 5 to 10) or Linux is a must, preferably in financial trading environments
• Familiarity on Shell and Perl or other script language.
• Experience on Java programming
• Good at SQL Server, Sybase and SQL
• Good oral and written English
• Problem solving capability
• Can work under pressure
• Great learning capability
• Basic financial knowledge is a plus

Interpersonal Competencies:
• Good communication skills
• Work well in a team environment or individually, with a positive attitude
• Work Interact well with technical teams, business owners and project managers
• Ability to work under a fast paced delivery oriented environment
• Work to project schedules and estimate/manage own time accurately and effectively
• Actively seek out feedback from manager and peers; improve own performance based on that feedback

2) Experience:
• At least 3 years of experience in software development including analysis, design, implementation, testing and support
• Overnight supporting experiences for oversea customer is a plus
• Experience in financial project is a plus

3) Minimum educational level:
• MS/BS in Computer Science, Math, Finance or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science

4) Physical Requirements:
• Can come to office early and shift working time
