模塊編譯cannot find -lmsvcr90

想編譯lupa模塊，但總是有個報錯···但我明明已經(jīng)有msvcr90這個dll了·····奇怪···求破····

編譯結(jié)果：

    有說這是python的一個bug，可以試試寫spec解決這個問題
