環(huán)境:linxu2.6.32+yaffs+busybox1.13 移植到 mini2440(64M  flash)

從log分析, Warning: unable to open an initial console.-->是問題的關(guān)鍵,根文件系統(tǒng)出了問題,應該是不能打開/dev/consol。
可是制作的rootfs    在/dev/下:
mknod -m 660 null c 1 3
mknod -m 660 console c 5 1  

請大俠幫忙分析下是什么原因? 怎么解決呢??

把yaffs log全部打開,發(fā)現(xiàn)很多block被標記為bad block.  在網(wǎng)絡上搜索了一些信息,出現(xiàn)問題的一個可能的方向是mkyaffsimage tool燒錄到flash 的數(shù)據(jù)和kernel oob結(jié)構(gòu)不匹配,導致了不能訪問到rootfs. 現(xiàn)在嘗試修改mkyaffs2image源碼來解決這個問題

把yaffs log全部打開,發(fā)現(xiàn)很多block被標記為bad block, 把焦點就轉(zhuǎn)到了mkyaffs2image, 試圖修改mkyaffs2image源碼,增加oob的數(shù)據(jù),適配kernel. 仔細讀讀源代碼,也很容易知道m(xù)kyaffs2image tool原理,這里分享兩個鏈接:
1. 如何修改mkyaffs2image, 雖然我最終沒用到,我查看了code,具有參考價值

后來做了一個交叉實驗,確定自己手上的yaffs2image工具是ok的,問題回到了kernel, 最終原因是kernel使用nand ecc, 而yaffs使用自帶的ecc, 所以yaffs認為block  bad. 修改方法:
vi drivers/mtd/nand/s3c2410.c
找到s3c2410_nand_init_chip()函數(shù),在該函數(shù)體最后加上一條語句:
chip->eccmode = NAND_ECC_NONE;//give up nand ecc

yaffs 文件系統(tǒng)選項
  •      Lets Yaffs do its own ECC 要選上,表示采用yaffs提供的 ecc

    不建議設(shè)置為NAND_ECC_NONE,nand flash出現(xiàn)位反轉(zhuǎn)是很常見的事情,如果不做ecc校驗,那么就不可靠
    yaffs用的oob和kernel mtd用的oob,兩者對oob的規(guī)劃不一致,并且ecc算法也不一致,所以會造成上述問題

    需要修改yaffs的制作image工具的源碼,把ecc算法改為kernel里面的那種,此外還要按照kernel mtd oob的規(guī)劃來修改制作工具(讓制作工具按照kernel mtd oob的規(guī)劃來填充oob),另外yaffs還要配置成使用mtd oob(make menuconfig里面配置)

    不建議使用yaffs/yaffs2,flash的話建議使用ubifs,這個是目前最優(yōu)秀的flash文件系統(tǒng),各方面都比yaffs好,支持nor和nand





    另外如果要使用硬件ecc的話,yaffs制作工具的ecc算法也需要按照硬件ecc的算法來修改


    另外如果大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)時,一般都是使用燒錄器來燒flash,而燒錄器自帶的ecc算法也可能和硬/軟件ecc算法不一致
