1，SDE
Responsibilities
  
Be part of the global development teams in China solving problems worldwide.  
Working with world class development teams in different locations in the world, and innovate to solve the business and technical problems to meet customers’ needs.
Develop distributed system solutions to build high reliability systems to help Amazon managing millions of merchants, and also help the merchants to plan their in-stock inventory.  
Apply object-oriented design concepts, data structure as well as computer algorithms using Java/C++/Perl/Ruby.  
Use Oracle as persistent stores for millions of customer related data.  
  
   
Qualifications
  BS in CS or engineering; MS is a plus
Experience solving distributed, transactional, multi-threaded software problems
Experience in Java/C++/C# is required; knowledge of at least one server-side, interpreted programming language such as Perl/Mason, JSP, PHP or Ruby on Rails (RoR) is strongly preferred
Experience using Gang of Four's Design Patterns, object-oriented best practices, interpreted programming languages and Software as a Service (SaaS) are highly desirable
Experience working in an agile environment using Scrum or similar
Passion for customer-focused business problems and an entrepreneurial spirit
Knowledge of fundamental business, economic and finance principles is desired
  
  
2，TPM
Responsibilities include:
o    Own full product life-cycle - including product definition, delivery, and on-going management.
o    Propose, initiate, and plan project initiatives.
o    Plan and manage project deliverables, budget, and schedule.
o    Understand market realities and company capabilities to define product strategy.
o    Work with stakeholders - Retail, Operations, Design, and Technology teams, global and local - to create and deliver compelling products.
o    Build on-going metrics to measure the success of programs and inform product direction.   
o    Control execution, schedule, and costs  
o    Manage project risks, create contingency plans
   
Core Qualifications:
o    1-3 years of experience designing and developing software applications
o    5+ years of combined software development and project/program management working experience
o    Proven success in a fast-paced environment, independently seek opportunity, define problems, and solve them creatively with the right priority.  
o    Excellent communication and people skills: being able to communicate to diverse audiences with confidence, clarity and right focus. Build trustworthy and supportive working relationships.  
o    Language skills: fluent (written and spoken) in both Mandarin Chinese and English, able to write business documents, exchange email and host meetings in both languages.  
o    Previous experience with several project life-cycles on a single product from product definition to operational support is a plus.
o    Previous success with championing product ideas and winning agreement across diverse stakeholders is highly desired.
  
  
3，Android
Basic Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or 4+ year relevant work experience
  - 4+ years professional experience in software development
  - Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
  - Proficiency in, at least, one modern object-oriented language such as Java (preferred), C++, or C#
      
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building complex Android Apps that have been successfully delivered to customers
  - Knowledge of professional software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
  - Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project
  - Experience in communicating with customers, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
  
4，BD
Basic Qualifications  
oMinimum of 3+ years experience as BD in the payment card or retail financial services industry.
  oExcellent written and verbal communication skills
  oExperience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
  oUnderstanding and practice with product management methodologies, especially those that support agile software development environments.
  oKnowledge of enterprise software solutions, such as, databases, ERP, CRM, application servers, etc., required and business process design (including BPR, Six Sigma, etc.).
  oB.A. or B.S. in Business, Finance or Economics discipline, required.
Preferred Qualifications  
oM.B.A. preferred. Degree in engineering or computer science considered a plus, but not required.
  oStrong financial analysis experience
  oInternational payments experience
