職位一、Digital Hardware Design Manager/Leader—武漢
檢索：Leader要至少5年經(jīng)驗(yàn)包含2年以上的帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，經(jīng)理6年硬件行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)至少3年以上10人團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有IC行業(yè)的背景最好，英文作為工作語(yǔ)言，最好是武漢當(dāng)?shù)厝耍?/strong>
Job Description
1. To optimize designs for performance, speed, size and power and to improve verification test suites.
2. Interact with the verification, tools, modeling and simulation teams globally to deliver optimized solutions for our customers.
3. Perform various benchmarking and engineering testing tasks to improve overall product quality.
Job Requirement
1. Must have BS degree with 5+ years of hands-on IC design experience include 2+ management experiences with Leader and 3+ management experiences with Manager level.
2. Strong desire to work with embedded processors or processor based systems.
3. Knowledge of HDL design and ideally, RISC architectures.
4. Understanding of programming at assembly and C/C++ level.
5. DSP skills, an understanding of multi-core architectures are a plus.
6. Knowledge of tools such as, RTL Simulators, e.g. VCS, IES, Questa.
7. Knowledge of Operating Systems such as, Linux, Windows XP/Vista.
8. Good analytical skills.
9. Excellent written and verbal skills including:
- Written and spoken English
- Detailed status reporting
- Ability to present results to the program management teams
9. A Bachelor's degree in engineering is a minimum requirement.
10. Team player with excellent communications skills motivated to work in a global development environment.
11. Self motivated.
職位二、Software Engineering Manager—武漢
檢索：6年軟件行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)至少3年以上10人團(tuán)隊(duì)管理背景，有IC行業(yè)的背景最好，英文作為工作語(yǔ)言，最好是武漢當(dāng)?shù)厝耍?/strong>
Responsibilities
1. Work on key components of our tools e.g. IDE, linker, assembler and of our operating systems e.g. Linux, MQX.
2. Develop and execute product test suites.
3. Do performance analysis of our tools via benchmarking and instrumentation and maintain our performance regression system.
4. Diagnose tool issues, create test cases and verify the fixes.
Required Qualifications
1. Must have BS degree with 6+ years of hands-on IC design experience include 3+ management experiences.
2. Strong computer science background.
3. Proficiency with C, C++ and scripting languages.
4. Software development tools experience e.g. subversion, GIT, Bugzilla, Linux, Visual C++, or GNU.
5. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
6. Versatility and willing to show initiative.
Optional Qualifications：
1. Master's Degree in Computer Science.
2. Proficiency with Java for GUI development.
3. Embedded system or computer architecture knowledge.
4. Initial understanding of internals of development tools such as compilers, debuggers, simulators.
5. Assembly language programming experience.
6. Use and participation in open source projects. |
