Job Description:• Delivery leader for all CDC Portal Domain project (java/PHP/ECM) related development & support.
• Work as local project manager to coordinate and communicate with global project team.
• Familiar with Enterprise Architect methodology
• Strong understanding of the development process and project management
• Lead the planning and implementation of project
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Quality assurance
• Familiar with CMMI methodology. (CMMI certification is optional)
• Solid knowledge on PMP standard(PMP Certification is optional)
• Understanding on IT service management(optional)
• Fluent English
Candidate Requirements:
·Min. Education level: Bachelor or above
·Major in: MIS, Computer SW or related
·Working experience: 8- 10 years experience on IT Industry.
3 - 5 years experience on project/process management
Excellent Chinese & English in written and verbal英語(yǔ)流利！！
