請(qǐng)教arm usb 電路 問(wèn)題 無(wú)法識(shí)別

我前幾天做的arm底板（核心板是天嵌的tq2440） 包含usb電路 usb的電路很簡(jiǎn)單 但是打樣回來(lái)的測(cè)試
發(fā)現(xiàn)串口顯示以下 信息

usb無(wú)法掛載 之前出現(xiàn)這樣的問(wèn)題以為是走線出錯(cuò) 但是重新做板
后還是同樣的問(wèn)題
想請(qǐng)教 各路大俠 這是硬件的問(wèn)題么 ？還是需要軟件設(shè)置？
核心板放到在開(kāi)發(fā)板自帶的底板上可以正常識(shí)別
