Have a good Educational background
Have at least 4 years of Oracle ERP experience

Have participated in at least 2 life cycle implementation project on MFG either as a Functional Consultant
Good understanding of business process
Good communication skills in both English  and Mandarin is must

Distribution
Have a good Educational background
Have at least 4 years of Oracle ERP experience
Have at least 3 Years of experience on Distribution(Inventory/PO/OM)
Have participated in at least 2 life cycle implementation project on Distribution as a Functional Consultant
Good understanding of business process
Good communication skills in both English  and Mandarin is must

Finance consultant
Have a good Educational background
Have at least 4 years of Oracle ERP experience
Have at least 3 Years of experience on Finance Module(GL/AR/AP/FA/CE)
Have participated in at least 2 life cycle implementation project on Finance as a Functional Consultant
Good understanding of business process
Good communication skills in both English  and Mandarin is must

Oracle Technical
Expected Experience：4-6 years of development experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite (11i/R12)
Technical Skills：
Key Requirements
1. Minimum 1+ year of development experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite (11i/R12);
2. Familiar with Oracle application development tools, such as Forms6i, Report, Alerts, Oracle workflow builder, Discover, XML publisher, OAF;
3. Familiar with Oracle database 8i/9i/10g, PL/SQL, Sql*Plus;
4. Programming skills Java/J2EE/JSP, HTML is a plus;
5. Good analytical ability and problem solving skills;
6. Good communication in Mandarin and English;
7. Good team player  
8. Bachelor Degree in computer science or related and above

Management Skills：Ability to mentor junior consultants
Language Skills：Good written and oral communication skill in both English and Chinese
Others：Self motivator and fast learner with also Good attitude in team collaboration
