任職要求
1.技能要求
1. University degree in IT or equivalent disciplines
2. At least 3 years Helpdesk troubleshooting or field technical support experience.
3. Good knowledge of PC hardware and software installation and troubleshooting and familiar with VLAN, Router, Switch, Firewall, Voice etc.
4. At least 2year take job as project manager or as lead. Have good knowledge of project management and time management, task driving.
5. Self-motivated, adaptable, owner ship, calm under pressure; good communication skill; team work.
6. Excellent English written and oral communication skill
7. MCSE / CCNA certification preferred.
