General knowledge of embedded systems
-    Familiar with basic SW and HW Architecture of mobile phone system
-    Hands-on experience with Low Level Driver development (one or several of the following Driver modules: Audio, LCD, UART, SIM card, Charger, Power Management, Accessory, Backlight/Keypad, USB, IrDA, IIC, RF Drivers)- RTOS experience (Nucleus or OSE preferred)
-    Familiar with real-time debugging tools, e.g. Lauterbach trace32
-     Familiar with test and development equipment such as CMU200, Logical Analyzer,Oscilloscope Qualifications &

二、應(yīng)用架構(gòu)師
工作地點(diǎn)：上海/北京/西安/香港

-    To lead and drive the MMI application & framework architecture concept definition and to provide architecture concept for mobile phone platforms, including both Open OS based and proprietary platforms.
-    Overall concept and feasibility study, IP evaluation, performance evaluation, feature requirement analysis & specification, competitive analysis in application or multimedia areas.
-    Technical assessment of architectural layout and integration plan for 3rd-party application or multimedia solutions.
-    Work jointly with platform software architects to define the multimedia/application framework interfaces toward mobile phone platform software.
-    Lead and drive development team for concept implementation and validation on platforms.
-    Technical leader in platform definition stage for work package break down, milestone definition and delivery, in application area;
-    Hit trade-off between cost, effort and flexibility.
­    Increase in responsibilities with competency level and technical expertise acquired through professional experience on the job.
­    To mentor development team on design, implementation & optimization concepts for application software.
