外資零售連鎖公司在廣州招聘Solution Development Manager
Responsible for the Solution Development Section within CPD to identify, develop, and deploy sustainable technology solutions based on emerging technology trends to match and support City'super's unique business processes for maximum efficiency.
Responsible for the Solution Development team and this may also include offshore/outsourced resource.
Leading full lifecycle IT enterprise applications / software development projects based on standard methodologies.
Hands on development management regarding the day-to-day delivery of requirements, design, development and testing resources.
Manage all activities associated with the software development lifecycle from initiation to deployment.
Actively identify own and manage risks and define and track progress against budgets and plans.
Manage change control, ensure effective transition to Business.
Understand, explain and present technical concept relevant to applications solutions to the various level of business users up to CEO levels in a persuasive and convincing manner.
Minimum 8 years of combined experience of software development and project management, experience in Retail and F&B industry is highly desirable.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multi-task delegate and prioritize tasks.
Working knowledge of SAP ECC/BW/BO, PLM, Data Mart, EDW, and SOA is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of MS SQL, experience with Delphin, J2EE-based solutions is a plus.
Extensive knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) is essential.
Experience in handling architectural and design considerations such as performance, scalability, re-usability and flexibility issues.
Ability to review the technical design and perform code review with the developers.
Experience with user interface design concepts, testing and implementation is desired.
Extensive experience in managing concurrent projects of at least 10-12 months in duration.
Ability to conduct complex systems analysis and translate user requirements into business solutions.
Ability to plan and deliver cost effective results.
