高級系統(tǒng)管理員（數據庫管理員）

工作概覽：
支持諾基亞中國研究院的相關研究項目，并負責與相應項目的系統(tǒng)運維。
包括系統(tǒng)（Linux），數據庫（mysql）的計劃，實施，排錯及維護。
申請人應擁有扎實的數據庫知識及相應的資質 （在MySql, clusters, PostreSQL,或者一些Oracle的相關資質）外加unix系統(tǒng)管理的經驗。

主要工作：
- MySql數據庫的日常維護（單機，集群）
- 在開發(fā)，測試，生產環(huán)境中安裝，配置和維護數據庫系統(tǒng)
- 確保數據庫的高可用性，并負責在災難和事故后恢復數據庫。
- 作為數據庫專家，幫助用戶建立數據庫的設計，實施和使用規(guī)范。
- 作為現有數據庫的負責人，維護線上及線下數據的正常訪問。

要求：
• 至少3年數據庫管理員經驗，其中至少2年MySql經驗，適應“軟件即服務”的環(huán)境。深刻理

解關系型數據庫原理，存儲引擎，數據庫系統(tǒng)配置，存儲過程，復雜查詢，性能分析及優(yōu)化，數據庫集群
• 數據庫復制，安裝，維護，監(jiān)控，調優(yōu)。
• 扎實的SQL技巧，能獨立編寫存儲過程。
• 熟練使用linux （Debian / Ubuntu）
• 在數據建模和分析方面有經驗。
• 能編寫unix/linux腳本 ,perl or shell
• 對網頁應用程序及網頁應用服務器有經驗 Java/Tomcat
• 計算機及相關本科

額外：
理解 XML/Hibernate

合格的申請者還需具備以下條件：

Senior System Administrator （DBA）


General Purpose:
Leads sysadmin operations for specific research projects in NRC Beijing office.  Performs implementation, planning and troubleshooting of local computing infrastructure systems including primarily OS (Linux) and database (MySQL) related tasks.   Ideal candidate will have strong database knowledge and qualifications in MySQL, clusters, PostreSQL, or possibly some Oracle + unix system administration.

Main Responsibility:
- Day-to-day operations of complex database environments, including stand-alone MySQL instances as well as clustered environments.
- Install, configure and maintain database management systems in development, staging and production environments
- Ensure highly available DB environment and be responsible for recoverability in case of failure / disaster
- Provide leadership on database usage by establishing guidelines for database design and implementation
- Take ownership of several database clusters that support online and offline data access
- Assess schema design, propose and implement changes that improve data access performance, reliability and scalability
- Come up with MySQL optimization recommendations and lead the team towards establishing best of breed practices
- Work closely with application developers and operations engineers to deeply understand overall system architecture and design choices
- Work closely with research development team and be responsible to support the development
- Willingness to be on call


Requirements:
•A minimum 3 years as a DBA with at least 2 years in MySQL, preferably in a SaaS environment .  You must understand relational databases deeply from the storage engine, to databases system configurations, to stored procedures to complex queries to performance analysis and optimization to database cluster
•Replicate, set up, fix, monitor and tune systems
•Strong SQL skills including writing stored procedures
•Knowledge of open source Linux distributions such as Debian/Ubuntu
•Experience with data modeling and analysis
•Working knowledge of Unix/Linux scripting, such as Perl/shell
•Exposure to web applications/application servers (Java/Tomcat)
•BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Nice to have:
•Understanding of XML/Hibernate
•Linux system management skills
•Experience with other open source products


Qualification:
•        Must be able to work solo, unsupervised and yet manage to mid level and tactical objectives.  Very much a self starter position.  
•        Passionate about technology.
•        Needs to have the ability to demonstrate deep technical background in systems operations while exhibiting professional interpersonal behavior.  Must be a people person.
•        Minimum 3 years Unix/Linux sysadmin duties, preferably in production setting or other fast paced environment.  
•        Solid track record of working at an organization for more than three years.
•        Experience in basic project management skills.  Ability to explain midsize and large project background.
•        Positive, self-motivated, innovative, adaptable, agreeable personality.
