fedora core 3 裸設(shè)備

準(zhǔn)備fedora core 3 + oracle 10g,用裸設(shè)備發(fā)現(xiàn)fedora core 3 里面沒有raw的命令,/dev/下面也沒有raw目錄
請教各位,在fedora core 3下我怎么做裸設(shè)備?(我建好了lvg,但是它是塊設(shè)備,我怎么才能得到它的字符設(shè)備啊......)

NAME
       mknod - make block or character special files

SYNOPSIS
       mknod [OPTION]... NAME TYPE [MAJOR MINOR]

DESCRIPTION
       Create the special file NAME of the given TYPE.

       Mandatory  arguments  to  long  options are mandatory for short options
       too.

       -Z, --context=CONTEXT
              set security context (quoted string)

       -m, --mode=MODE
              set permission mode (as in chmod), not a=rw - umask

       --help display this help and exit

       --version
              output version information and exit

       Both MAJOR and MINOR must be specified when TYPE is b,  c,  or  u,  and
       they  must be omitted when TYPE is p.  If MAJOR or MINOR begins with 0x
       or 0X, it is interpreted as hexadecimal; otherwise, if it  begins  with
       0, as octal; otherwise, as decimal.  TYPE may be:

       b      create a block (buffered) special file

       c, u   create a character (unbuffered) special file

       p      create a FIFO
