3. Job Title/Grade: Senior Hardware Quality Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and provide input to preliminary design concepts, features and specification documentation. Analyze design schematics and PCB routing against specifications and industry standards. Identify potential quality and reliability problems of the electronic hardware.
Work independently under only very general direction to design, modify, and enhance EVT/DVT methods and processes to ensure product’s reliability and quality.
Develop and implement comprehensive EVT/DVT plans to verify newly developed and redesigned boards.
Define test setup and run test procedures to verify design, identify, reproduce and report design issues, and signal out design flaws. Document and analyze test results, pro-actively seek solutions and drive corrective action.
Extensively work with multiple design-partner companies to review validation proposals, validation results and influence their operating practices toward higher quality assurance as well as vendors validation progress to ensure alignment with project development schedule.
Extensively work with counterparts and cross organizational groups in the US on project planning and validation activities
General management of equipment and material logistics associated with a state of the art qualification lab simultaneously handling multiple complex projects
Skills

Strong knowledge in analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, and applying corrective action.
In-depth understanding of Signal Integrity concepts.

4. Job Title/Grade: Senior Driver Development Engineer Responsibilities:
• Define standard API driver specification for functions like button, LCM, LED, system management etc
• Review ODMs API driver validation process and test plan to ensure full testing coverage
• Validate API drivers functions and audit ODMs validation reports and report any identified issues
• Work with ODMs together to track, investigate and root-cause API drivers issues
• Work with component vendors to understand and drive components drivers development progress
• Write components drivers validation plans and cases, operate test procedures and report any identified issues

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years C/C++ development in embedded area and driver programming experience with hardware components including SATA/SAS controllers, ethernet chips etc
• Linux experience, especially driver development is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge with x86 and ARM architecture is highly preferred.
• Good Experience and knowledge with Embedded Linux, especially Driver development is highly preferred.
• Good experience on NAS development (RAID/LVM, SAMBA, ISCSI, Network) are highly preferred.
• Strong C-Language programming skills.

5. Job Title/Grade: Sr. Mechanical Engineer PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide solutions to wide range of difficult problems including rotational vibration issues.
• Design simulation, analysis and test criteria, verifies functionality and performance.
• Design and review the mechanical hardware to ensure performance of large disc drive storage systems and electronic cabinets.
• Be able to independently and working cross-functionally determines and develops approach to solutions, under appropriate level of direction.
• Manage and drive ODMs on mechanical deliverables on-time. Oversee ODM design progress and process closely and report out with any issues/concerns.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee multiple cross-functional leadership teams, inclusive of EMC/Iomega's core business units, lifeline software divisions and ODM partners. Develop, define and manage execution of critical program elements. Lead cross-functional priority setting and resource allocation relative to each program, project and/or initiative. Ensure issues are identified and resolved. Drive multiple ODM partners on program deliverable.
• Develop and maintain Iomega project plans and schedules for multiple highly complex technical programs that include diverse practices, services and/or initiatives. Facilitate, coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to complete project tasks and milestones per the project schedules. Ensure completion of all specific deliverables and tactical initiatives required to support projects and initiatives. May facilitate partner alignment and maintain multiple partner relationships with cross-functional EMC/Iomega groups and / or 3rd party partners to ensure successful completion of program deliverables.
• Communicate multiple program initiatives, messaging, and status across EMC/Iomega's core business units, software divisions and ODM partners. Develop and manage communication and coordination of cross functional teams across all areas. Track and reports program status, development issues and success metrics and ensures effective reporting and communication. Drive resolution of program related issues.
