AS400磁帶備份問題

最近客戶磁帶備份出錯，看到信息中錯誤信息是CPF5349，然后提示的是CPP630C，我就測試了一下，建立了一個TEST LIB，進(jìn)行手動備份，正常，然后通過WRKJOBSCDE設(shè)置備份，也正常，但是等到晚上備份的時候，又提示錯誤。很是郁悶，請高手幫我分析下，到底是磁帶問題，還是本身磁帶機(jī)出問題了？

環(huán)境：I515，通過磁帶機(jī)設(shè)置WRKJOBSCDE進(jìn)行備份。
     中午時分，備份TEST LIB 成功。這個TEST LIB中沒有任何數(shù)據(jù)。
     晚上，備份客戶數(shù)據(jù)，開始報錯。
     再磁帶備份失敗的第一天，再SAL里面出現(xiàn)了SRC 63A09350的記錄。

分析：如果說是磁帶機(jī)問題，我通過手動和后臺備份兩種方式，都成功備份了TEST這個LIB.
        如果說是磁帶問題，為何備份用戶數(shù)據(jù)LIB的時候，又總是 報錯呢？

To resolve tape or optical device problems, follow this procedure.

Verify the following aspects:

•All tapes or optical devices are powered on and in a Ready (enabled) condition.
•Cables between the system and the tape or optical device are correctly connected (if applicable).
•Tape density and tape bits per inch (BPI) match.
•The tape path is cleaned.
•The CD disk is clean, the format is supported, and the disk is loaded correctly with the label side showing.
Do all the tapes or CD device fail to read or write?
•Yes: Contact your hardware service provider.
•No: Replace the tape or CD and try the operation again. If the same failure occurs, contact your hardware service provider.

哥們兒，謝謝，信息中總提示磁帶機(jī)要清洗。但是放了清洗帶后，備份，還是提示這樣的問題，很郁悶，

清洗過后，再INZTAP一次，如果還有問題的話，那么我覺得應(yīng)該找IBM的售后服務(wù)工程師了。

感謝大家的建議，太郁悶了，昨天先測試磁帶的讀寫，都OK的，然后通過WRKJOBSCDE去備份測試庫，正常，接著備份用戶數(shù)據(jù)庫，又提示了磁帶錯誤了，磁帶機(jī)的黃燈亮了，系統(tǒng)提示要清洗，我懷疑，應(yīng)該是磁帶機(jī)壞了。

最新郁悶，再備份一個小庫的時候，不管怎么備份，都成功，在備份大庫的時候，作業(yè)總顯示的是EVTW，然后過1-2個小時，提示磁帶錯誤，請清洗磁帶機(jī)，我就郁悶了，難道真的是磁帶機(jī)磁頭不行了，有沒有碰到過這樣情況的朋友啊。感覺磁帶應(yīng)該沒問題，不然的話，不能備份小庫成功。
