Senior Testing Engineer/Testing Team Lead
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a testing team to complete projects
2. Analyze Business Requirement and generate Test Strategy
3. Design and execute Test Cases
4. Defect Tracking

Key Requirements
1. BS or above in CS or related
2. 3-7 years'software testing working experience
3. 2+ years'testing management experience
4. Good understanding of software testing related technique & process
5. Excellent test plan, test estimation and test design ability
6. Excellent written and oral communication skill in both English and Chinese
7. Data migration testing/Database testing/TIBCO Integration testing/automation testing experience is preferred
8. Banking/Insurance/SAP testing experience is preferred
9. Good attitude in team collaboration
10. Self motivator and quick learner

Test Manager

Key Responsibilities
1.Lead a project team to complete testing as per the client requirement.
2.Responsible for project quality, process control and knowledge management.
3.Communicate with client or onsite.
4.Project estimation, planning and tracking.
5.Participate detailed testing job like test case design and execution if necessary.

Key Requirements

1.BS or above in CS or related.
2.5 years + software testing working experience.
3.2+ years’ testing management experience.
4.Expert in software testing related technique & process.
5.Have project estimation, planning and tracking experience.
6.Familiar with CMMI.
7.Self motivator and quick learner.
8.Good written and oral communication skill in both English and Chinese.
9.Automation testing skills are STRONGLY preferred


ERP Testing TTL / TM
·Candidate must have a strong testing experience of 5-9 years in ERP testing and deployment
·SAP domain knowledge in: SAP ECC (MM, SD, PP, DL & WM), SAP SCM, SAP SRM, SAP CRM
·Experience with JAVA, performance tuning and automation of ERP system are preferred
·Responsible for manual test cases creation/automating test cases including developing test scripts and documentation, maintenance and execution
·Familiar with the business process of specific enterprise domains and modules.
·Fluent in English both written and verbal
·Possess strong analytical and technical skills
·Team player and customer oriented
·Good communication and problem-solving skills
·Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent


Delivery Manager: (Testing)
1. Experience eligibility: Should have a total experience of 12-15 years.
2. Should have handled a portfolio of 100 People with multiple projects.

Role responsibilities:
1. Lead large proposals, provide guidance, review (mainly Solution, Estimation, Financial modeling, Project Plan and Risks), and give approvals on the system
2. Review and ensure correctness of estimates for all projects
3. Review the project level resource plan, consolidate and prepare resource plan for the DU including people, space, infrastructure and liaison with required groups to fulfill the DU resource requirements
4. Define the quality goals for the DU, review project level data and take corrective action so as to comply with the DU level quality goals for all projects within the DU
5. Do regular risk assessment of projects and undertake mitigation planning
6. Review of potential/high risk projects and provide governance of complex engagements
7. Review the scope, schedule, estimation, quality goals, risk plan and resource plan
8. Provide delivery governance and be the escalation point for all project issues
9. Do regular review & sign off of project on milestone/metrics reports to track the project performance against goals and take corrective measures if required
10. Review all phases of the project on a regular basis and suggest corrective actions
11. Understand aspirations of employees & work with employees on their career path
12. Plan for and mentor employees on their competency development
13. Implement performance management as per organizational guidelines
14. Mentor the team and participate in the recruitment activities
15. Track utilization and bench management and provide best estimates
