我查了一下，思科文檔對此問題的原因列出了3個：
stp 環(huán)路；etherChannel 配置有誤；重復(fù)發(fā)送數(shù)據(jù)幀
可以按下面步驟試試：
1，確定接口地址唯一：show ip interface brief
2，確定hsrp組：show standby
3，確定standby組中每個接口地址不同
4，確定沒有acl過濾掉224.0.0.2組播，和udp 端口1985
我曾經(jīng)提醒你先把eitherchannel解散，不知道你嘗試了嗎，試試。

2。確定沒有acl過濾掉224.0.0.2組播，和udp 端口1985這個我真沒有去過濾掉。

終于有點時間了。

我看了一下。
1、你下面有4臺接入層交換機。是試過每次只接1臺的情況嗎？
2、從你的配置來看，你確認一下運行的STP版本是同一個嗎？譬如PVST PVST+ .RSTP .STP 。
3、交換機之間互聯(lián)的LOOPBACK 檢測不要開啟。連接傻瓜交換和PC的要開啟的。
4、4506上的G3/0口接的是什么東西。

調(diào)整完畢后，給我核心+4個接入交換機的配置。還有生成樹的信息。ARP表。MAC表（每5分鐘收集一次。連續(xù)收集5次）

   這個我沒有仔細的去操作，但我試了一下三臺和二臺同時接入的，然后過了一個下午故障沒有出現(xiàn)，之后我將第四臺接入，過不了多久故障就出現(xiàn)，但有時也需要半天才出現(xiàn)故障。

2、交換機之間互聯(lián)的LOOPBACK 檢測不要開啟。連接傻瓜交換和PC的要開啟的。

我將在這周內(nèi)把它全部關(guān)閉，

3、ARP表。MAC表（每5分鐘收集一次。連續(xù)收集5次）

您要讓我收集ARP表和MAC表，是在4臺接入設(shè)備接入的情況去收集，還是沒接的情況下去收集？

4、STP版本是同一個嗎？譬如PVST PVST+ .RSTP .STP

1 你一次只接1臺試試。我懷疑是其中一臺有問題。而不是全部。

3 收集的信息是出問題的時候的。

4 可以我看37的配置不是啊。一個明確寫著PVST的。45的缺省是什么我不確定。

好的，我現(xiàn)在，已經(jīng)將所有的loopback都已關(guān)閉了，

出問題的時候去收集信息，這個當(dāng)然沒有問題，但我擔(dān)心可能收集過來的信息并不是太準(zhǔn)，因為他出現(xiàn)故障時，并不是持續(xù)性一直故障，而過了一分鐘左右，他又好，然后過一段時間又出現(xiàn)是這樣的一個情況。
不過我會試的。盡量收的完整些。
