• Solid understanding and experience in developing interactive applications using Adobe Flex is a must
• Experience with Adobe Flex 3.0, Flex Builder, MVC and Cairngorm patterns
• Proficiency in Adobe Flex UI software, including reporting components and rich internet apps experience, utilizing: ActionScript and MXML
• Understanding of good design principles and ability to adhere to complex design specifications during implementation
• Experience in creating dynamic UI using CSS
• Any experience in integrating and coding with Java backend is a huge plus
• Experience with Web Services, e.g., RESTful
• Experience in planning and leading all phases of the product life cycle is a big plus
• Experience in developing SAAS applications is a big plus
• Experience in developing Web 2.0 applications is a big plus
• Strong understanding of the Agile development model and methodologies, including Scrum
