Websphere Brand Marketing Manager—Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou

Some details responsibility can be referred below:
Provide guidance to Demand Program team on tactics related to future quarter (Q+1) pipeline build
Integrate country business unit and sales with WW Marketing
Develop/Localize sales enablement content
Take overall accountability for Marketing in the IMT, including linkage with the business
Orchestrate development of the Segment Marketing Plan along side business unit leaders
Lead execution activities across Marketing and with sales
Collaborate with MI to capture customer and partner feedback to enhance market understanding
Provide forward looking insight
Provide product/offering/value proposition/ messaging feedback to WW Marketing

Required Skills

8+ years software related working experience, 5+ years working experience in sales or business development, leadership position and/or business management experience are desired
Comfortable working with internal and external senior executives
Good leadership in working with cross functional or virtual teams
Good communications skill internally and externally
Strategic and creative thinking

Bachelor and above Degree is required, MBA Degree is desired
Fluent English
Good writing skill in both English and Chinese
