.NET Project Leader/Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the full lifecycle of project including BA, HLD, LLD, Coding, Testing and Deployment
2. Execute the project based on Infosys and CMMI quality process guidelines
3. PL will assume ownership for client communications. Role requires interaction with International clientele and achieving Customer Satisfaction
Key Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science and related major.
2. CET4 is a must
3. 5 years of experience in .Net platform Net platform (PM should be above 8 years) is a must
4. The ability to quickly learn and gain an in-depth understanding of the Domain and the associated processes
5. Good Communication Skills ( English), ability to communicate with international customer directly would be a plus
6. Good team player.
J2EE Project Leader
Key Responsibilities

4. The ability to quickly learn and gain an in-depth understanding of the Domain and the associated processes
5. Good Communication Skills both in written and spoken, ability to communicate with international customer directly would be a plus
6. Good team player.
Technical Architect (.Net )
Key Responsibilities
1. Ability to Architect solutions and create – Logical, Technical, Deployment Architecture
2. Ability to conceptualize and design solutions
3. Guide and mentor teams on technology, conduct proof of concepts, validations from performance, scalability considerations
4. Work on Proposals from Solution Design & Sizing
Key Requirements
1. Graduate degree in Bachelor or above in CS or related
2. over 8 years of related working experience
3. Expert in .NET Architecture components including ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, ADO.NET, WPF, WCF & WWF
4. Experience in tools & products such as SharePoint, BizTalk
5. Good written & oral communication skills in both English & Chinese
6. Self motivator and fast learner with also Good attitude in team collaboration
