SUN STK6540 升級(jí)firmware問(wèn)題

昨天給用戶(hù)升級(jí)SUN STK6540 升級(jí)firmware，版本06.19.**----06.60.20.**，
過(guò)程中出了錯(cuò)，沒(méi)有升過(guò)去，控制器有黃燈告警，就是“！”的燈告警，
報(bào)錯(cuò)如下:Event log issues:
            Too many critical events logged
            Too many destination driver events

除了用CAM，好有其他方法嗎？

停止I/O，確認(rèn)cache中沒(méi)有活動(dòng)的東西！然后再升級(jí)。

沒(méi)有IO，是在主機(jī)沒(méi)有開(kāi)機(jī)的情況下做的升級(jí)，
是不是需要更高版本的CAM？

還是再檢查一下吧，提示用軟件監(jiān)控進(jìn)程：“Use the storage manager software to monitor the progress of the operation（s）�！�

你用的ＣＡＭ的版本是正確的嗎，在升級(jí)之前會(huì)有一些對(duì)比與檢查．都正確嗎？
從日志上看，是在檢查完后，有問(wèn)題不能升級(jí)，能貼出，現(xiàn)在的event log? 看是什么攝氏．

我想LZ,你能不能清一下你的控制器的LOG。清除之前，先另存一下。然后再進(jìn)行升級(jí)。還有你不能用太高的CAM。它可能會(huì)直接給你升級(jí)到7的版本。那樣你就完了。因?yàn)?的版本和6版有很大的差異的。升級(jí)到7之后以前的卷信息可能會(huì)變。還有升級(jí)之前最好全備一下數(shù)據(jù)。

控制器的log怎么清除？在CAM里面? 還是接串口進(jìn)去用命令，請(qǐng)明示，謝謝.

就是你想直接升級(jí)到7，那么CAM也不會(huì)幫你做的。6.xx只能升級(jí)到6.60，如果需要到7.x，那么需要使用專(zhuān)門(mén)的升級(jí)工具，呵呵。
