MTS-CPD ESX Platform Developer
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain VMware tools for Linux and Windows operating systems
• Deliver critical software patches, maintenance releases, feature enhancements
• The candidate must have good communication skills to forge a strong working relationship with engineering groups, QA groups and customer support

Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent. Master's desirable
• At least 3 years of relevant industry development experience
• Experience developing for both Windows and Linux/Unix platforms is highly desirable but at least one is required
• Proficiency in shell and Python scripting and knowledge of Perl
•Experience with Linux installation, package management tools (RPM), and Linux packaging and distribution (RPM, Debian etc)
• Experience with Windows installer or other second tire OS is nice to have
•The ability to debug C code, Makefiles, and other scripting and programming languages
•Fluent oral and written English
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; must be an excellent team-player
Fluent of Linux kernel coding experience before.

嗯，沒錯。就是IBM，公司實在是太大了，僅北京研發(fā)就好幾千口子，出頭太難了。
