職位描述：
1. As a member of the Product Research and Development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering product documentation.

2. You will be part of our R&D team involved in bringing new products to internal, external customer in a challenging and fast paced environment,

3. working with cutting edge technology for internet enterprise, in a work environment that promotes innovation and improvement.

職位要求：
1. University degree in Technical Communications, Computer Science, or related technical/communications field

2. Minimum of 2 years related experience in technical writing include tutorial, user guides, installation guids, configuration guides and API documents

3. Intermediate to expert knowledge in authoring tools, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat. Experience with graphics tools in screen capture, simple diagram creation and graphics modifications.

4. Knowledge of information development best practices

5. Detail-oriented and ability to learn complex technical concepts quickly

6. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) – English
