Job Responsibilities
• Manage the cultivation, execution and delivery of software solutions and services to an assigned region including banks, investment firms and large corporations.
• Manage the development and pursuit of a pipeline within the prescribed accounts in order to expand SunGard penetration, and provide solutions based sales and service offerings to customers.
• Management of the ongoing initiative of identifying business, industry and customer buying intelligence.
• Manage the communication and internal coordination of SunGard sales support infrastructure, Operations, and executive team to insure customer education and satisfaction.
• Responsible for the successful seamless transition of clients from new sales to strategic partners
• Responsible for the development, execution and delivery of quality solution focused client presentations and proposals.
Qualifications Requirements
• 10+ years of software solutions sales experience within the global investment community and/or equivalent investment industry is required.
• Must be bilingual (Chinese & English).
• Prior working experience with a western financial or services institution in China or abroad is a plus.
• Knowledge of investment industry terminology, systems and market segmentation. Specific experience in any of the following industries is a plus:
o Wealth Management
o Employee Benefit Administration
o Order Routing/Trading Networks
o Money Markets / Liquidity Management
• Highly preferred individual characteristics include:
o Must work independently in complex fast paced environment to ensure quality and timeliness.
o Must be able to coordinate sales effort and interact with local Chinese SunGard office and SunGard offices in Europe and the US.
o Self-starter who relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
o Excellent written, verbal presentation and organizational skills in both Chinese and English, ability to interface with business and information technology.
o Must have strong problem solving, technical and analytical skills.
o Strong leader, team member, organizational planning skills and strong time management skills
o Must have exemplary customer service skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is required.
• UK FSA Approval (SII Unit 4 and 6 required) is a requirement. Candidates must have prior UK FSA Approval or will be required to gain approval. (We’re checking with our compliance team to determine if this is necessary for China)
• Willingness to travel is required.
1、z/OS系統(tǒng)人員1人
職責(zé)：參與制定并執(zhí)行主機(jī)系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)規(guī)范和安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，制定主機(jī)系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目的方案和計(jì)劃；負(fù)責(zé)主機(jī)系統(tǒng)的日常管理，監(jiān)控日常運(yùn)行情況，及時(shí)診斷解決系統(tǒng)發(fā)生的問題。
要求：5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，掌握z/OS系統(tǒng)知識(shí)，掌握主機(jī)系統(tǒng)的基本結(jié)構(gòu)，精通z/OS及有關(guān)子系統(tǒng)的配置和操作，能夠監(jiān)控統(tǒng)計(jì)的主機(jī)的即時(shí)和長期的運(yùn)行情況，并提出合理的資源使用建議，熟練運(yùn)用JCL及主機(jī)系統(tǒng)的其他工具，熟悉VTAM、TCP/IP、NETVIEW、SA、OmegaMon等。
2、安全管理員1人
職責(zé): 規(guī)劃維護(hù)安全策略，執(zhí)行RACF日常操作、安全監(jiān)控、統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)告、文檔維護(hù)。SLA數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)。
要求：具備計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)安全和審計(jì)知識(shí)，熟練掌握RACF，熟悉JCL和CLIST、EXEC，具有3年以上z/OS系統(tǒng)上的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3、CICS管理員1人
職責(zé)：維護(hù)CICS的配置，監(jiān)控CICS的運(yùn)行，審閱CICS統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表，及時(shí)提出CICS維護(hù)建議，及時(shí)診斷解決CICS發(fā)生的問題，及對(duì)CICS進(jìn)行性能優(yōu)化。
要求：3年以上CICS工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備CICS、VSAM、VTAM、TCP/IP知識(shí)，能夠熟練運(yùn)用JCL，有相關(guān)培訓(xùn)證書、熟悉VISONPLUS、OmegaMon者優(yōu)先。
4、存儲(chǔ)管理員1人
職責(zé)：參與規(guī)劃、管理主機(jī)環(huán)境的磁盤、磁帶的有效可靠使用，負(fù)責(zé)存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備的日常監(jiān)控、維護(hù)、操作，負(fù)責(zé)CATALOG的管理。
要求：3年以上主機(jī)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，精通DFSMS、RMM，熟悉VSAM、IDCAMS，熟悉DS8300、HDS設(shè)備，具備z/OS系統(tǒng)知識(shí)，熟練使用JCL及有關(guān)系統(tǒng)工具，掌握PPRC及其他的數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)制技術(shù)，有災(zāi)備系統(tǒng)建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
作業(yè)排程員3人
職責(zé)：負(fù)責(zé)批處理作業(yè)的排程計(jì)劃維護(hù)及日常操作，負(fù)責(zé)程序的版本管理
要求：計(jì)算機(jī)相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上畢業(yè)，有z/OS系統(tǒng)知識(shí)，有金融行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有TWS和Endevor使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
