A). Technical Writer(BJ-BTW-1145)



Job Description:
Write/consolidate MaxWell Framework developer documentation (including API documentation, developer training documentation, etc).

Requirements:

1~2 years of software development experience on MS technology.
Good English writing.
Passionated about developer documentation.
Understand OOD concept.
Familiar with C++, better with some COM knowledge and C#.
Good cooperation altitude and communication skills.
Some professional documentation experience is a plus.





B) VC++/VB Developer（（BJ-BD-1151）

Responsibilities      

Sustain legacy project and implement new features when requests comes.

Help to anwser and resolve problems of client user in time.



Requirements:

Over 3 years programming experience.
Familary with OO and design patterns.

BS/MS in computer science or a closely related field.

Strong VC++, VB programming and debugging skills.

Solid knowledge of COM / COM+ / ATL.

Good communication skills and fluent english expression.

Experience in Java or C# is a plus



C). C++ Developer (BJ-BD-1111)



Responsibilities:

1. As a member in developing a next generation real-time data acquisition system.

2. Debugging existing software issues;

3. Analysis of software requirements;

4. Detail design;

5. Implementation;

6. Testing.

Requirements:

1. At least 2+ years of full time paid software work experience

2. Extensive experience in the C++ programming language and data structures

3. Good written and oral communication skills in Chinese and in English

4. Microsoft COM and .NET knowledge is perfered

5. Oil Field services knowledge is a plus

6. Highly desirable to have Microsoft COM and .NET knowledge, Oil Field services knowledge



D) C# Developer (BJ-BD-1110)

Responsibilities:
1. Software engineering development with strong emphasis on Microsoft technology.
2. In charge of sub-components design and implementation under the supervision of the project technical lead / project manager
3. Deployment, packaging and configuration management
Requirements:
1. Strong inter-personal communications skills, teamwork spirit, self-motivation, quick learner
2. Strong experience in C# and .Net (.Net2.0 or 3.0)
3. Knowledge and experience (even on self project) with CAB.
4. Physic or mathematic background will be a plus.
5. Data modeling or large scale product distribution would be suitable for mid-term assignment
6. Potential technical lead (2 years timeframe)
7. Clear and structured English expression.
8. Can perfectly present technical work in English.



E) Software Testing Engineer for Oil Service（BJ-BT-1148）

Responsibilities:
1. Working closely with the test and development team, execute test plans and report results for assigned software products.
2. Develop performance test plans, test cases and test tool.
3. Execute and produce test reports
4. Defect tracking system
6. Communicate test results to test and develop team, leader and manager.
7. Develop automated testing if applicable and required
8. Apply and comply with project test process
9. May participate in software product formal technical reviews
10. Perform other related duties as required by the assignment and its location"

Requirement:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing
2. A minimum of 1 year of experience in performance testing design and implementation"

Responsibilities            

1. DnM Domian learning.

2. Execute UA test script.

3. Defects reporting

4. May participate in software product formal technical reviews

5. Perform other related duties as required by the assignment and its location

Skills/Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in test design and implementation

Must Have:

1. Tough enough to accept challege

2. Smart to learn new things

3. Basic oral and written communication skills

Special skills as plus            

1. Drilling / Geometry knowledge

2. Skill in DotNet C# development





G) Automation Test Engineer（BJ-BT-1150）

Responsibilities            

Analyze manual tests and convert to automated tests. Implement tests using QTP. Execute automated tests, track defects, produce reports.



Skills/Qualifications            

1 to 2 years experience as a functional tester. 1 to 2 years experience as an automation tester.

Solid understanding of testing processes and testing methodologies; particularly black box. Knowledge of test automation.

Experience with Quick Test Pro (QTP).
