你的postgresql 服務已經(jīng)停止了 重啟一下 試試

可是，我每執(zhí)行一個命令都會出現(xiàn)如下錯誤：
root@debian00# tail -f  main.log

已查明，是postgres用戶沒有postgresql.conf的讀權限
