perl 連數(shù)據(jù)庫的問題

perl 連數(shù)據(jù)庫的問題：

普通用戶下，執(zhí)行程序就會報錯，程序里就是一個數(shù)據(jù)庫連接。
但在ROOT用戶下就沒有問題。 也沒有所謂的設(shè)置問題。
請大蝦們幫們看看。
