Responsibilities:
• Find new customers and generate new business
• 發(fā)掘新客戶,生成新業(yè)務(wù)。
• Network by attending events, conferences, workshops, and etc.
• 參加網(wǎng)絡(luò)活動(dòng)、會(huì)議、研討會(huì)。
• Maintain a strong pipeline
• 維持現(xiàn)有客戶渠道。
• Focus on assigned area of deployment—either by country, region, vertical, or level (mixed)
• 重點(diǎn)關(guān)注發(fā)展國(guó)家、地區(qū)、垂直、水平等多維部署區(qū)域。
• Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and expand business volume
• 和現(xiàn)有客戶維持良好的關(guān)系并擴(kuò)展與其合作的業(yè)務(wù)范圍
• Meet/exceed sales quotas and funnel building activity quotas
• 完成銷售配額和KPI。
• Participating fully in training sessions, internal meetings, skill building and professional development classes where required.
• 全程參加相關(guān)的培訓(xùn)會(huì)議、內(nèi)部會(huì)議、專業(yè)發(fā)展和技能培訓(xùn)課程。
• Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process.
• 判別決策者針對(duì)性大客戶名單以便展開(kāi)銷售流程。
• Cooperating with other sales to determine essential strategic approaches for sales.
• 和團(tuán)隊(duì)其他銷售成員合作部署重要的銷售戰(zhàn)略。
• Coordinating with Sales Engineer/PM on relevant questions as may be required to assist the sales process.
• 和團(tuán)隊(duì)其他銷售成員以及項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理合作解決銷售流程中的問(wèn)題。
• Working closely with marketing on various lead generation campaigns.
• 和營(yíng)銷部門密切合作展開(kāi)各種活動(dòng)
• Determine customer requirements and expectations and recommend specific solutions
• 了解客戶需求并提供解決方案
• Drive an effective sales process, from qualifying leads, to pricing, to negotiations, to closing
• 運(yùn)用協(xié)商、定價(jià)等方式,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)展開(kāi)高效的銷售流程。
• Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling and up-selling
• 通過(guò)交叉銷售和向上推銷提高銷售額以及平均訂購(gòu)價(jià)格。
• Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets and/or forecasts, reporting on market situation.
• 參加銷售組的會(huì)議,制定銷售目標(biāo)以及匯報(bào)市場(chǎng)情況。
• Using various tools (e.g. GT Metrix etc) as part of the sales process for potentials, where required.
• 用各種工具(比如GT Metrix等)協(xié)助展開(kāi)銷售工作。
• Provide technical information in a timely manner.
• 及時(shí)提高更新技術(shù)信息。
• Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
• 通過(guò)CRM系統(tǒng)把握準(zhǔn)確和完善的客戶信息。
• Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge to build credibility
• 及時(shí)掌握更新產(chǎn)業(yè)知識(shí),打造信譽(yù)。
• Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures
• 按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程展示產(chǎn)品價(jià)格、信用和條款。
Qualifications
• Bachelor or above education background
• 全日制大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷
• 2 years + professional sales experience in Internet, Cloud, IDCs, CDNs, Servers is preferred
• 2年以上的專業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計(jì)算、IDCs、CDNs相關(guān)背景優(yōu)先考慮
• Proven consistent achievement of sales quotas and funnel building KPIs.
• 提高銷售配額,能順利完成KPI
• Consistent achievement of forecasted revenue targets. (i.e. achieving consistent forecast accuracy)
• 預(yù)測(cè)利潤(rùn)目標(biāo)(達(dá)到一定的準(zhǔn)確性)
