加上-p的參數(shù)是同樣的問題

先檢查下5000這個端口有沒有被占用，
cat /etc/services | grep 50000
如果沒有被占用，用下面的命令創(chuàng)建實例：
./db2icrt -p 50000 -u db2fenc1 db2inst1
