工作職責(zé)：
•        Own, drive, perform and coordinate new baseband components evaluation, analysis, decision and verification.
•        Join the global baseband component forum to contribute to component roadmap, CR investigation and share experience.
•        Responsible for the design environments, including reference design, PDP, CDB.
•        Work together with system experts  to make baseband sub system  design analysis and verification plan
•        Support product project for the component application verification and design optimization.
•        Support task forces and coordinate the baseband HW DMS issue that cross several products projects. Sometimes cross different sites.
•        Technical interface towards baseband standard IC and discrete IC vendors.
要求：
•        At least 4 years experience working in baseband area.
•        Experience with platform and new components design.
•        Asserts own ideas and persuades others, gaining support and commitment from others; mobilizes people to take action, using creative approaches to motivate others.
•        Can identify project risk, priories, take action to reduce risk and prevent risk.
•        Can have international travel.
•        Fluent in English.
