GENERAL SUMMARY:
1. Drive and make .net presale technical proposal (30%)
2. Provide .net consultant to new ODCs and existing ODCs and show Bleum .net capability to client for business growth needs (30%)
3. Perform technical audit (20%)
4. Perform .net technology / tool research and build .net industry solution (20%)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Join .net presale project as part of capture team and drive .net technical proposal
2. Anticipate Bleum marketing and sales activities and provide technical competency support
3. Make .net technical marketing materials
4. Provide .net consultant to new ODCs including new .net technique / tool research, making technical solution, coaching ODC testers and perform .net service inside ODCs
5. Perform .net technology / tool research and give knowledge sharing
6. Build .net industry solution
7. Collect technical best practice and share with all engineers in Bleum
8. Understand offshore development center technical needs and prepare technical reserve for possible business opportunity
9. Adhere to Bleum’s highly disciplined Pearl process at all times
10. Status reporting to executives on project status
11. Follow company English Only policy

1. Strong passion about .net technical proposal and technical consultant
2. Be able to capture / understand customer concerns and address it through .net proposal and consultancy;
3. Strong at .net techniques / tool and understand latest trend
4. Familiar with software industry business market especially internal outsourcing business is a plus
5. Excellent ability of using Excel, PowerPoint for status reporting and presentation.
6. Familiar with software development process and best practice including Rational Unified Process, CMMi, Agile and other popular software development best practice
Interpersonal Competencies:
1. Very Result oriented individual with discipline;
2. Excellent communication skill (oral & written) and presentation skill;
3. Be able to build and manage relationship with peer functions ;
4. Be able to drive conference call with executives from customer and peer functions;
5. Be able to develop new business from technical partnership, peer functions (marketing, sales, sales support, training, HR) and software offshore development centers

2) Minimum Educational Level:
1. Bachelor or master in Engineering / Science / Computer Applications
2. MBA degree is strong plus;
3) Experiences:
1. 6 years or above working experience in software development industry;
2. 2 - 4 year work experience with business development or presale support is strong plus.
3. 2 - 4 year work experience with project and people management is plus.
4. Working experience with US or European companies is plus
5. Working experience with outsourcing companies is a strong plus
